About Builder Now
Builder Now is one of several products in the Builder suite, designed as a prototyping platform that enables users to visualise their app ideas through a flow of screens and an interactive prototype. This tool was built to help app creators showcase their concepts to potential investors, making it easier to gain buy-in and bring their vision to life. Builder Now also supports one of Builder.ai’s main platforms Builder Studio, where Natasha AI assists you in selecting features to build your app.
The Problem
Builder Now is seeing a significant drop-off rate of 92% when users reach the current platform. Users struggled to visualise their app ideas in a clear and simple way, making it harder for them to showcase their concept to investors, gain confidence in their vision, and fully understand their app idea before committing to a significant investment with Builder.ai.

The Goal
Enabling users to visualise their app idea effortlessly, boosting their confidence and eventually boosting conversion to a paid studio user.
The Solution
Our solution featured a personalised onboarding flow with our AI Natasha, that allows users to add their brand elements, such as colours and logo, creating a tailored feel right from the start. This initial customisation helps users feel invested in the process. After completing these steps, users are shown a video showcasing their app's key flows. This video can be shared with stakeholders to build buy-in, increasing user confidence and encouraging them to return to Builder.ai to move forward with their app idea.
The Result
Built a functional MVP from 0 to 1 that aligns with stakeholder expectations, users needs and business goals.
Positive initial feedback receiving constructive and positive feedback from stakeholders and end users, validating the initial design and functionality with the approval to move to Alpha.
